Casa Collodi charming house has been totally renovated and maintains the classic Tuscan style. It’s composed by three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, open space lounge double entrance, garden with hydromassage. It can be used as two separate units too.

A careful restoration has maintained the originality of the house, also using fine materials such as natural stone (travertine,) and wood.

Casa Collodi is located in the ancient medieval village of Collodi Castello, it’s only 200 meters from the famous Pinocchio Park and the historic Villa Garzoni’s garden. Pescia’s railway station is just at 3.5 km from the house, while the city of Lucca can be reached in 20 minutes by car.

Even the furnishings have been treated in detail with attention to the chromaticity of the house. The result is refined and elegant and is designed to make you enjoy a pleasant experience with maximum comfort.

The kitchen is functional and modern and fits well into a context furnished with restored period furniture. All bathrooms have been completely renovated and the imperfections of the walls tend to enhance the stone as the load-bearing element of the entire home.

Having a room on the ground floor, completely independent from the rest of the house, this charming house is also well suited to separate families.

The romantic outdoor garden will allow you to enjoy the ancient village of Collodi in the open air giving you pleasant evenings. The small heated swimming pool with whirlpool will be a plus that will make your stay unforgettable.

Parcheggio auto abbastanza vicino all’appartamento nonostante la casa è situata nel bel mezzo di un bellissimo centro storico. La casa gode di spazi ampi, sia nelle camere che nella cucina/soggiorno.
