Breakfast is served in a living room overlooking the garden and hills! It is possible to taste delicious local products: from the fruits of the farm to the celebrated pastries elaborated by the best pastry chefs of Montecatini, to the renowned Tuscan ham and the tasty local pecorino cheese!
Swimming pool:
nestled among the olive trees, with a view that sweeps over the surrounding hills. Integrated into nature without concrete barriers, the banks of the hill delimit it! Pool of 15 mt X 6 mt also suitable for sports swimming!

Olive grove
This hilly, smiling olive grove has been reconstituted after 40 years of neglect : 300 olive trees produce an excellent Oil, IGP Tuscan and Organic.
Biodiversity
Organic in that we respect nature by following this exclusive specification without chemical interventions relying on natural products. Diversity in that different varieties of plants develop in harmony: olive trees, cypresses, orange trees, an orchard, mimosas…for a stay of elegance and relaxation!
Montecatini thermal baths, a UNESCO heritage site.
They were already appreciated by the ancient Romans, the waters of Montecatini! The first urbanization surrounding them dates back to the Grand Duke of Tuscany Pietro Leopoldo, who had “the baths” and the wide avenue leading to them built. At the beginning of the 20th century, Architect Giulio Bernardini completed the work, transforming Montecatini into a spa town. In 2021, the “Tettuccio” spa was recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
