The house consists of two double rooms, one of which is a quadruple room (with a bunk bed), bathroom, a large open-plan living room and kitchen, and a beautiful panoramic terrace surrounding the house. All rooms, except the bathroom, have direct access to the terrace.

Near the living area is an outdoor area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. In the surroundings there are paths for nature walks and MBK trails.

The centre of the medieval town of Pescia is about 4 km away. An excellent pizzeria and a typical restaurant are just over 1 km away. The train station in Pescia (2 km from the house) has direct connections to Florence, Lucca, Pistoia, Montecatini Terme and ample free parking.

Pescia is set in a narrow green valley, which is also the centre of a huge and beautiful natural conservation area (Svizzera Pesciatina with its 10 castles). Each of the 10 little villages enjoys stunning views and has its own magical atmosphere and beauty.
